Step 1 : The kick off (together) - 1 hour
We align together on goals and expectation
Step 2: The test 20 to 30 minutes
Completion of the online
Step 3 : The debrief : (together) 1 hour 30
After the test, we dig into the results with a coaching session leading to a concrete action plan
Step 4 : The follow up (together) - 1 hour
After the debrief, this step will allow you to share your progress on the action plan, and answer remaining questions to move forward.
