Methodology
4 Steps to Self-align
Step 1 : The kick off with the student (+parents if minor) - 1 hour
We align together on goals and expectation
Step 2 : The online test WCFM® - up to 20 min
Completion of the online test (20 min) followed by a coaching session to share and analyse the results, to ensure the student feels free to be honest. (60 to 90 min)
Step 3 : The deep dive - 1 hour
A focused session that goes beyond surface results — uncovering patterns, clarifying strengths, and translating insights into a direction the student can confidently stand behind.
Step 4 : The debrief (+parents of minor) - 1 hour
The student owns his/her results and shares the findings with the parent, with my HR support as a facilitator and we set up concrete next steps regarding career options.
I act as a neutral ‘Career Advocate’ providing a confidential environment.
